Hi there! I'm Amanda, a wellbeing & creativity coach who runs The Butterfly Room. The Butterfly Room is a creative wellbeing space in Paisley set up as a result of my own health journey living with fibromyalgia. During that journey I was supported to learn & develop a range of self management tools & whilst learning them I also learned that not everyone had the opportunity or financial capability to access them so I set about studying & creating ways to make that happen. I've created this website to provide more information on the services I offer, to share about my own health journey & to connect with those I may be of service to

How I can support you on your life path and wellbeing journey

At The Butterfly Room, I strive to make wellbeing services and opportunities for therapeutic creativity accessible and affordable for all. Each individual has unique needs, which means they each require a specific combination of activities or treatments to help them find wellness. My knowledge and experience range is constantly expanding (I actually enjoy studying) , which allows me to add more and better offerings to help my valued customers find their own path to wellbeing. Angel guide session

An hour long session where I facilitate a conversation between you and your angels to assist you in gaining insight and healing. This session uses a combination of angel card work, hands on healing and crystal therapy to provide benefits for mind, body and spirit
The cost of this session is £30

Angel card readings

With this you have a choice of a 30 minute or one hour session dependant on what your intention is for the session.We will use the angel cards to connect and have a conversation with your angels to gain guidance and insight into your life at present.
Hour is £30 30 minutes £20

Wellbeing session

This is a one hour session completely tailored to your specific needs and can include relaxation therapies, pain management and stress management support.We will discuss on booking a rough outline of what your requirements are and then on meeting we will discuss this in more detail and discuss which of my services will best meet these needs and aims
The cost for the hour is £30

Creative coaching

A service for both the first time creative and those with more experience who have perhaps hit a creative block or are struggling with a particular project or idea.We can discuss the barriers to your creative flow, how creativity can be more therapeutic than teriffying and work together to either get you started on a creative path or to reestablish the creative route you were already pursuing.
Cost for session is £30 for an hour or £20 for 30 minutes.

Speaker/ facilitator services

I am always happy to visit and work with groups and organisations to provide talks and sessions of my services. I have had the pleasure of being of service to both large and small groups, charitable organisations, after school clubs and care homes. The costs of these services are very much variable dependent on services being provided, any charitable/Social enterprise status of the organisation and are open to discussion to allow me to hopefully be of service to you and your clients or employees

Mailbox messages

A one card (strength focussed) message from the angels sent direct to your social media messenger/email inbox

Meditation and mindfulness practice support

An opportunity to relax, de-stress, reduce pain or just chill out! Guided meditations and/or mindfulness activities tailored to your specific needs and preferences as well as advice on how to build your own regular meditation routine 1 hour £30 30minutes £20

Connecting through colour

Using creativity and colour to bring you guidance. This session will include a guided meditation to help relax and inspire, we will then create your own piece of art which I will use, with a combination of intuitive information and colour therapy knowledge, to provide guidance and insight before you take your artwork home This one hour session costs £25

Aroma balance session

Go on a mindful, sensory journey as you explore essential oils by heart and intuition rather than conscious preferences.Using unlabelled scent strips you will experience the oils without names attached, relying on sensations and reactions to create your own personal blend to use in making your very own mini products This session is one hour long and costs £25 with all materials and containers provided

Relaxing hand treatment

Available as a stand alone "taster" treatment or added as a wee bonus to enhance and extend your relaxation/wellbeing session this treatment uses warmed cloths and lovely neals yard products to soothe and spoil uour hands A 15 minute treatment is £5

Sip and sample session

Grab a cuppa and have a chat with me as we explore my Neals Yard organic products kit Try out the products as we talk about them and discover the right products for your needs. Take tester pots and scent straps away and if you decide to place an order (over £20) I'll deduct the £5 for this session from your spend

Business support

Are you a lightworker, holistic practitioner or creative business person who is stressed by your socials, overwhelmed by the thought of building an online presence or looking for ways to create eye catching content to connect with your people? Let's have a chat and I'll share a bit of what I do and how I operate online and hopefully help you put the fun back in your Facebook, keep the spirit in your selling and attract an audience with authenticity. This session can be 30 minutes or 1 hour or longer if needed so get in touch to discuss your needs
